According to court filings, Al Pacino has agreed to pay Noor Alfallah $30,000 per month in child support.

According to the documents, Pacino, who is 83 years old, will also be required to pay Alfallah, who is 29 years old, $110,000.

Alfallah will have primary physical care of their kid, but the two of them will have joint custody.

According to recent court records acquired by Insider, Al Pacino has agreed to pay his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, $30,000 a month in child support for their four-month-old kid, as well as a number of additional payments.

According to the court documents that were submitted in the Superior Court of California, a judge ordered that 83-year-old Pacino and 29-year-old Alfallah would have joint custody of their son, Roman, but that Alfallah would have primary physical custody of the kid.

On Friday, a spokesperson for Pacino refused to provide any comments to Insider on the situation.

According to the court filings, the Oscar-winning actor will be required to pay Alfallah an additional $110,000 on top of the $30,000 per month in child support.

According to the court documents, Alfallah “is supposed to use” the lump amount “to help her move to a new home for herself and Roman, as well as to cover any moving costs, furniture, and furnishings that may be required.”

The court documents also state that the actor, who is known for his role in “Scarface,” would be required to make an annual deposit of $15,000 into a college savings account for Roman for the duration of his life.

According to the court filings, Pacino will also be responsible for paying “100%” of any healthcare bills for Roman that are not covered by insurance, as well as “100%” of the costs of Roman’s “mutually agreed upon extracurricular activities and lessons.”

According to the court documents, the actor from “Serpico” and Alfallah have “reached a compromised amount of child support in the interests of a peaceful resolution and consistent with their desire to maintain an amicable relationship for the best interest of their minor child.”

In September, Alfallah submitted a request for physical possession of Roman. A representative for Pacino told Insider at the time that the pair was “still together.”

At that time, the representative said, “Al and Noor have successfully collaborated and have reached agreements with each other concerning their child Roman.”

Pacino has a 33-year-old daughter named Julie, who he has with acting instructor Jan Tarrant, as well as 22-year-old twins named Olivia and Anton, who he had with his ex-girlfriend Beverly D’Angelo.
