Over the course of many months, Trae Tha Truth has been searching for his daughter, who has been missing, and now they have finally been reunited.
The Houston rapper tells TMZ Hip Hop that he received a phone call at eight o’clock on New Year’s Day notifying him that his ex-girlfriend, who is the mother of his daughter Truth, who is six years old, had been arrested in El Centro, California on charges of child endangerment. This was the event that provided him with the opportunity to find his child.
Trae has informed us that he took the following aircraft to San Diego from Texas and then drove more than one hundred miles to the little village that is located close to the border between the United States and Mexico. It was there that he was reunited with Truth.
Trae claims that his ex-girlfriend will be extradited to Texas in the near future, and he has already returned to the state with their kid.
According to what we reported, Truth had been absent for a period of four months after Trae stated that he had dropped her off in August for a visitation with her mother in Houston that was scheduled to last for two days there.
Trae claims that the mother did not return the child, and he also said that his ex-partner had been relocating the child from one place to another with the assistance of a grandmother and a few other people.
During our conversation, he informed us that he had hired a private investigator who followed the mother to California, where she seemed to disappear… until she was arrested.
Trae has informed us that he is feeling emotional and that he intends to be patient and take things one day at a time now that he is back with his daughter.
