A year after receiving a diagnosis of a malignant brain tumor and undergoing treatment for it, Isabella Strahan is enjoying every day of her life to the fullest.

On Friday, December 27, the model, who is twenty years old, posted photographs of herself and her sister Sophia that she had taken at The Albany resort in the Bahamas.

The photographs show Strahan strolling and posing on the sandy beach while wearing a black flowery bikini and hoop earrings. He is seen smiling throughout the photographs.

“And we’re back,” wrote the daughter of Michael Strahan and Jean Muggli, who had previously been considered a couple.

During the month of October in the year 2023, Strahan started getting terrible headaches and even retched blood. She went to have an MRI because her father encouraged her to do so, and the results showed that she had a malignant brain tumor called medulloblastoma in her cerebellum.

Only a few weeks later, on October 27, the day before she turned 19, she had surgery to remove the lump that had been growing on her body. Afterwards, radiation treatment was administered for a period of six weeks, and Strahan documented each stage of the process. In December, she rang the bell with great pride, which indicated that her radiation treatment had come to an end.

Despite the fact that she was scheduled to undergo chemotherapy in the near future, Strahan continued to keep her head shaved as the family vacationed in the Bahamas in 2023.

Her route to recovery was dragged down by setbacks in the months that followed, including severe responses to chemotherapy and unanticipated craniotomies (surgeries) that delayed her treatment. Overall, her road to recovery was considerably down.

Eight months after receiving her diagnosis, in June of 2024, Strahan completed her chemotherapy treatment. She did it with a great deal of effort. To commemorate the occasion, she and Sophia performed a TikTok dance to the tune of “Let Em’ Know” by Bryson Tiller, who is her favorite musician.

Her last ring of the bell, which marked the conclusion of chemotherapy, was heard on June 14th.

“My chemotherapy treatment has been completed! Greetings! In her video blog post at the time, she said, “This was a long journey, but I made it.” “At this point, I need to recuperate and return to my normal state, which is going to take a considerable amount of time but will be finished with treatments.”

Michael told his daughter, “I am so proud of you and I love you baby girl❤️❤️,” as she reminisced on the eight months that she had experienced the most “wildest.”

In addition to being a return to the island, the vacation that she is now doing in the Bahamas also signified a return to her life before the malignancy. An whole year ago, she did not have a wide grin or a short pixie cut, but now she has both of these things done.
