According to witnesses, the police report, a 911 call, and security footage, Liam Payne was attempting to flee from his hotel when he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The hotel was aware that he was threatening to use the balcony as a method of escape, but they chose to leave him alone.

What we know is as follows. One of the things that Liam had to cope with during his time with One Direction was being locked up in hotel rooms. He detested this situation. TMZ was informed by insiders with firsthand knowledge that he had previously used the balcony escape method, the most recent instance of which occurred in the middle of September. Due to the fact that Liam’s security was afraid that he could have been on a drug binge, he forcefully placed him inside a room at a rented property in Florida. Using a garden hose, Liam was able to make his escape from a balcony and reach the ground below.

Take a look at the screenshots taken from the CCTV cameras of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Airlines. Liam, who was seen to be under the influence of alcohol and was disruptive in the lobby, is shown lying on his back as three employees of the hotel take him to his room, only a few minutes before he tragically passes away. The fact that Liam is keeping his head up straight demonstrates that he is awake, despite the fact that we disguised his face.

In addition, Liam was standing erect in the lobby only two minutes before he was transported out of the building.

The personnel of the hotel had a difficult time getting Liam to his room, and it was obvious that he did not want to go inside even though they tried.

Despite this, the hotel used a master key to access the room, and once inside, they placed Liam inside. Additionally, according to the police report that TMZ acquired, they removed a mirror from the wall that was just outside of his room, most likely to prevent him from damaging it.

It is clear that Liam communicated to the staff that he did not want to be present in the room and that he intended to utilize the balcony as a means of escape. This is shown by the fact that a few minutes later, one of the staff members contacted 911 and expressed their concern that Liam may use the balcony and inadvertently do himself harm. The employee of the hotel is quoted as saying, “I do not know whether his life may be in danger,” according to the transcript produced by 911. In a room that has a balcony, he is now located, and, well, we are a little bit scared…”

As a result, the workers of the hotel ignored Liam and left him alone inside the room, where he ultimately met his end. The fact that he had a bag slung across his shoulder when his corpse was discovered is evidence that he was attempting to flee via the balcony. However, the bag was not on him as he was being taken out of the lobby.

On or close to Liam’s corpse, the police discovered a cap as well. It is clear that he must have put the hat on inside the room since it was not there in the foyer. The hat is revealing.

It would seem that Liam was attempting to make his way from the balcony on the third story to the balcony on the second level, and then leap down to the earth using a small distance. This theory is supported by the police report, which states that two days after Liam’s death, a hotel employee went to the room on the second floor directly below Liam’s and found a brown leather bag (not the bag that was strapped to his shoulder) on the balcony. The bag contained a note that read “for Liam,” as well as a bottle of Jack Daniel’s and a variety of pills. The report indicates that Liam was the owner of the bag. Therefore, it is probably safe to assume that he dropped the bag down to the balcony on the second story before trying to jump down himself.

Liam may have been asleep when he fell, according to the coroner; but, it is certain that he was cognizant when he slung the backpack over his shoulder inside his room and stepped out onto the balcony.

A source with firsthand knowledge of the situation thinks that the Argentinian authorities are attempting to protect the hotel, which is the reason why they have launched an investigation against three individuals: a friend, a waiter, and a former employee of the hotel who reportedly provided Liam with narcotics. The insider is of the opinion that the hotel should be held accountable for the stated fact that they are more concerned with preventing disruptions in the lobby and safeguarding hotel property than they are with ensuring Liam’s safety.
