Since it first aired in 2010, Garrison has been a mainstay on the TLC series, where he has starred with his family.
Sadly, Garrison Brown, the son of Sister Wives’ Janelle and Kody Brown, has passed away. He was 25 years old.
On Tuesday, Janelle and Kody each posted a message on their own Instagram profiles, expressing their sorrow at the news.
“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” according to the posted message. In the lives of everyone who knew him, he was a shining example of positivity. The absence of him will create such a significant void in our lives that it will cause us to lose our breath. It is our request that you kindly respect our right to privacy and join us in paying tribute to his memory.
In addition to the message, there was a photograph of Garrison shown in his military uniform, as well as another one of him smiling in front of a picturesque scene. At the same time, Meri Brown posted the same information from her family on her Facebook.
In a statement to ET, the Flagstaff Police Department acknowledged that they were summoned to Garrison’s apartment after receiving a report of a loss and discovered that he had passed away. According to the statement, it seems that he shot himself in the head, and there is no indication that they were involved in any kind of criminal activity. Gabriel, Garrison’s brother, discovered him and reported him to the authorities.
In a statement that was sent to ET, TLC expressed their condolences on behalf of the network.
The statement said, “We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown,” and it was sent out to the media. “We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time.”

In his most recent post, which was published on February 28th, Garrison displayed a photograph of his newest pet, a cat that he called Ms. Buttons.
“Ms. Buttons, the most recent addition to my household. My savior complex was not enough to save her life when she was nine years old and on the verge of being put down for euthanasia. “#crazycatlady,” he added next to a mirror image of himself smiling while holding the cat aloft. “It’s absolutely crazy.”
During the years 1993 through 2022, Janelle and Kody were married in a spiritual sense.
Logan, who is 29 years old, Madison, who is 27 years old, Hunter, who is 27 years old, Gabriel, who is 22 years old, and Savannah, who is 19 years old are also the children of the couple.
Over the course of his life, Kody’s connection with a few of his children has been more strained. Janelle, on the other hand, said in December that she had spent the holidays with their children as well as the children that Kody has with Christine, from his previous marriage.
In a picture that was uploaded on Instagram, Janelle can be seen beaming as she is encircled by three of her children, one of which is Garrison.
“Let the good times start! There are a variety of board games and dice games being set up, and everyone is getting around. According to what she posted, “We will go late into the evening, tracking Santa for the babies (thanks to @noradsanta 🎅🏻), and we will simply look forward to having fun.”
Following her breakup with Kody, Janelle had previously discussed her bond with her children and how she had shifted her attention to focusing on them in an interview with ET.
To put it simply, my children are my passion. I am really engrossed in talking to them. They have my whole attention. I am now working toward making some of the things that I have always desired a reality,” Janelle said in an interview with ET. Therefore, that is where my heart and my energy are now lying, with my children and with some of these other initiatives that I am attempting to put forward. In the event that I were to meet someone, it would have to be a really natural introduction.
Additionally, Kody has children with each of the other women with whom he had previously been in a polyamorous relationship. These women include his ex-wives Meri and Christine, as well as his current wife, Robyn Brown.
