The gathering, which is scheduled to begin less than one week after the body of Gold, who was 17 years old at the time, was discovered beneath a bridge on the 210 Freeway in Rancho Cucamonga, will also include a minute of silence, according to the officials who have confirmed the announcement.

“The Los Osos High School community is terribly devastated by the loss of Emily Gold,” authorities said when they revealed the tributes,” and they added, “and we are supporting one other as we remember her legacy.”

A vigil for Gold was conducted by the school’s dance and cheerleading teams during the past weekend, in addition to the impending tributes that will be honored.

Gold and the LOHS dance team made an appearance on the nineteenth season of “American Idol” in the month of May. As a result of their outstanding performance, Simon Cowell gave them a standing ovation. During the month of August, they also participated in the quarterfinals of the talent competition.
