Kamala Harris just won the grand prize in her debate with Donald Trump … because the TV showdown netted the Vice President a crucial endorsement … from the one and only Taylor Swift.
To make her allegiances clear, the singer recently made the announcement that she would be voting for Harris and her running partner, Tim Walz. This announcement came only minutes after the first debate between Harris and Trump was concluded.
Taylor claims that she watched the debate and that she just became aware of her phony AI support of Trump. As a result, she felt it was important to be open and honest about her intentions about the approaching election.
In her statement, TS explains that she is supporting the Harris-Walz ticket because she believes that the Veep “fights for the rights and causes that I believe need a warrior to champion them.”
Taylor adds that she believes Harris “is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.” She also says that Walz impresses her as a running mate since he advocates for LGBTQ+ rights, in vitro fertilization, and a woman’s right to her own body.
Taylor is sending a message to first-time voters, urging them to register to vote, and she also mentions that she is going to vote early since it is much simpler to do so.
Taylor Swift is also taking a final dig at J.D. Vance, who is seeking for the vice presidential nomination of Donald Trump. She is signing her Instagram post with the phrase “Taylor Swift Childless Cat Lady,” and the cover image is a picture of her with her cat.
Evidently, Taylor has a large number of supporters all around the nation; thus, it will be fascinating to see the extent to which her endorsement is beneficial to Harris on the day of the election.
