The divorce proceedings between Christina Haack and Josh Hall are proceeding in a positive manner. The couple has temporarily settled a few concerns with their homes while their case is being heard in court. Furthermore, it seems that Christina has agreed to financially contribute to the proceedings.
According to paperwork that were acquired by TMZ, the couple has reached an agreement amongst themselves that Christina will take complete control of their property in Newport Beach as well as an apartment in Nashville, Tennessee… at least while their divorce is still in progress.
On the other side, Josh will have the opportunity to utilize their house in Franklin, Tennessee, which will be made accessible to him anytime he wants, provided that it is not being leased out to any other individuals to use.
When it comes to money, Josh has agreed to repay any remaining funds from the money that he transferred to himself at the beginning of July. Following the breakup of the couple, Christina claims that he transferred thirty-five thousand dollars to his account. He needed the money to pay the bills for their rental properties, according to a source close to Josh, who informed us about it.
Josh is going to get a one hundred thousand dollar advance from Christina, which he is free to spend for anything he desires, including paying his bills, paying his attorney’s fees, or anything else he need.
It is important to note that these concerns have not been resolved permanently, and the divorce has not yet been finalized; this is only a temporary arrangement that will be put into place to deal with some of the most urgent difficulties.
All of the details about this difficult divorce, which began in July, have been shared with you. As a result of the aftermath, the two have expressed their disagreement with one another, with Christina indicating that Josh is attempting to negotiate a significant settlement from her.
Both Josh and Christina have been contacted, but we have not received a response as of yet.
