Marie Osmond, who is known for her work in country music as well as mainstream music, was one of 11 children born to Olive and George Osmond in Utah. Her four elder brothers, Alan, Jay, Merrill, and Wayne, established a barbershop quartet shortly after her birth. This opened doors for the Osmond family as they pursued musical careers and were known as The Osmonds.

In the little log cabin that only had two rooms, the singer was there, along with his brothers Alan, Jay, Jimmy, Merrill, Tom, and Virl. Marie and Wayne were the only ones who were not there at the moment.

There was a ceremony to celebrate the opening of the “Olive May Davis Osmond Cabin and Museum,” and the Osmond brothers went there to attend it.
