In the near future, the Duggar family will be attending yet another wedding.
Jason Duggar, the thirteenth child to be born to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, has announced his engagement to Maddie Grace, his girlfriend. In a photo that they shared on Instagram together on Friday, August 30, the couple revealed the news.
“On 8/24, Jase asked me to marry him, and I could not be more excited!!” Within the caption of the post, Maddie typed some words. “Thank you @kaylajohnsonphoto_ for capturing this special moment so beautifully 🫶🏼 #spring2025.”
According to Jason, who is 24 years old, who commented on the post, “She said yes!!❤️💍,”
According to the photographs that are included in the post, Jason suggested to Maddie that they be married on the beach, where he had arranged a romantic setting with candles and white flowers. Additionally, there was a sign that was lighted up and stated “Will you marry me?” It was placed inside of a heart that was formed of red flowers.
Jason made the announcement of his relationship with Maddie on Instagram in the month of May. The announcement was accompanied by a series of photographs that featured the pair hugging in the midst of the ocean and dancing on the beach. A single white heart served as the caption for the collection of photographs.
The description of a video that was uploaded to Instagram on August 30 and included highlights from the joyful event was written by Kayla Johnson, the engagement photographer for the couple. Johnson revealed further information about the pair.
“The beach never looked better, congratulations to Jason & Maddie! 🙌🏽🤍✨,” Johnson wrote in his journal. “These two seriously have the sweetest relationship I’ve ever seen.”
The photographer proceeded by saying, “Jase is the most thoughtful and charitable person in the world, and Maddie is the perfect match for that energy.” She is without a doubt the most stunning beam of light that can be found in any room. The two of them are so adorable that I can’t even fathom them together, and I can’t wait to see them formally become one!
The comment that Johnson wrote at the end of the photo read, “What a joy it is to watch God do something beautiful between two people.”
After just a few weeks have passed since his sister Jana Duggar tied the wedding with Stephen Wissmann on August 15 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the news of Jason’s engagement has finally come to light.
