Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey, a great player for the San Francisco 49ers, have sealed the wedding in a stunning ceremony that took place in her native state of California.
The marriage between Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey has been finalized!
It was reported by Vogue that the former Miss Universe, who is 32 years old, and the San Francisco 49ers player, who is 28 years old, tied the wedding on Saturday at a church located in Rhode Island, which is her home state. The stunning wedding dress that Culpo wore by Dolce & Gabbana left everyone in awe. The article in the fashion magazine referred to it as a “crepe crew neck ball gown with long sleeves, voluminous skirt, and button-lined back.”
The bridal dress also had a lace veil that was sixteen feet long. Additionally, Culpo wore very little makeup. She revealed to Vogue that she chose to forego the use of mascara and eyebrow gel in favor of a much more understated appearance.
April 2023 was the month that the happy pair made their first announcement of their engagement. They did so by posting a series of black and white photographs on Instagram to share the wonderful news with their followers.
In the carousel post, the San Francisco 49ers player could be seen kneeling down in front of her face as Culpo put her hands together in front of her face. This looked to be a moment of complete and utter surprise.
During the proposal, which took place at the luxurious Amangiri Resort in Canyon Point, Utah, the couple was surrounded by a beautiful floral arrangement and gorgeous red rocks.
Shortly after making the announcement, Culpo took part in a question and answer session with followers on Amazon Live, during which he disclosed some information about the proposal.
“I was completely unaware that it was going to develop. Because of his performance, Christian is deserving of an Academy Award,” Culpo remembered. “He was leading me astray the entire time!”
“I kept asking him if he was ready to get engaged or if he had any timeline in mind because I was starting to get kind of annoyed… [but] he never let out a peep,” Culpo shared, explaining how she felt that her boyfriend of more than three years was dragging his feet when it came to taking the next step in their relationship. Culpo’s boyfriend had been with her for more than three years.
In addition, she was questioned about whether or not she had already begun making preparations for the big day, and Culpo said, “Yes, it’s a lot of work!”
Culpo said that while she had an idea, it was still very much up in the air, and that choosing the appropriate dress seemed to be one of the most difficult aspects of the decision-making process.
“I do have an idea in mind, but I have found that you never know until you try the actual dress on,” Culpo revealed with her followers, adding, “It’s a lot of pressure.” Culpo also mentioned what she had discovered.
In recent months, Culpo has been quite open with her followers about her preparations for her big day. She has been very frank about the cosmetic treatment that she has had done to her face, including having her lip-filler dissolved.
Culpo has chronicled various elements of practically everything she did to get ready for the wedding in a “Wedding Prep” Highlight that she has posted on Instagram. The highlight now consists of 25 parts and is still developing. It started on November 1, 2023.
Among the various cosmetic wedding preparations that are revealed in Culpo’s “Wedding Prep” Highlight is an intensive beauty and skincare routine. Cosmetic procedures such as lash lifts, red light therapy, and salmon sperm facials are included in this.
During an interview that took place in November 2022, Culpo shared her thoughts about McCaffrey with Deidre Behar of ET. She expressed her admiration for McCaffrey by saying, “He is just the best, I feel like he is really everything that I could ever ask for.” That I would never have to be concerned about anything.”
