Regarding her time spent in rehabilitation, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is providing some insight.

During the most recent episode of her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue, a reality star who is 29 years old, revealed how she recovered from the effects of “Scandoval” during the course of therapy. Her statement was that she was able to let go of the issue she had with her former costar Ariana Madix with the usage of one activity.

She went on to say that one of the specific projects she had to complete was a shame backpack. “Where I was basically given the instruction to write down every cruel thing that I could remember being thrown my way,” she said. Every single insult, every single name calling, and every single insulting statement that I could possibly recall in my life.

According to her, the rehabilitation center made a book out of each piece of paper that Leviss had written on, which she subsequently took about with her.

She described it as “extremely, extremely heavy.” In addition, I was required to carry that bag with me wherever I went for the duration of that week.

Despite the fact that she conceded that “it did hurt my back,” she said that she was beginning to comprehend the reasons why this was assisting her on her path to recovery.

“When I was working through this assignment with my therapist, I was required to read all of the comments, and then my therapist asked me if I wanted to take them on and to carry them with me for the rest of my life,” she added. “It was a very difficult experience for me.” I responded with a “No, I don’t.” As well as that, I was given the directive to rip up each and every piece of paper.

A fellow patient at the facility discovered a newspaper with a headline regarding Leviss’ romance with Madix’s then-boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval, during the same week that the former Vanderpump Rules star disclosed that the newspaper was found by the resident. Apparently, the photo that was shown on the front was of the two ladies.

“I actually had this in my shame backpack, and it’s just so extraordinary that it literally made its way into The Meadows,” she added. “It’s just so wild that it made its way into The Meadows.” The fact that I was able to get my hands on this during the last week of my job was a bit of a dream come true.

Then she went on to say, “That taught me not to take on all of the hate and all of the shame that was being spewed onto me because life is much more difficult when you take that on.”

Leviss has moved on with businessman Matthew Dunn, one year after being in a relationship with Scandoval.

During the month of April, Rachel Leviss’ publicist said to People that it was “a little too soon to jump to any labels.” A little more than a month ago, they became friends and are now in the process of getting to know each other. They have started hanging out together.

In addition, Leviss uploaded a video on social media in which she was seen riding in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) with Dunn, who, according to his LinkedIn profile, is the proprietor of Dune Investment Group in Spokane, Washington.
