The innocent baby who was allegedly slain by his babysitter, who is a Ph.D. student, has been photographed for the first time, together with his twin brother, who she is also suspected of not just hurting but also killing.

Leon Katz, who was six and a half weeks old at the time of his loss, was found de.ad at his home in Pittsburgh on the occasion of his father’s first Father’s Day and his parents’ first wedding anniversary. Nicole Virzi is accused with the murder of Leon Katz.

The parents of the infants, Ethan Katz and Savannah Roberts, considered Virzi, who was 29 years old, to be a “trusted friend.”

She is accused of killing the newborn when they were in the hospital with his twin brother Ari, whom the police believe Virzi also attacked. The police add that she was there throughout the incident.

Leon was “tragically killed under horrific circumstances,” according to a GoFundMe page that was established for the bereaved couple. Additionally, the page states that a “trusted family friend” has been detained.

Despite the fact that he is accused of committing loss, child endangerment, and serious assault, Virzi insists that he did nothing wrong.

It is certain that Leon will be remembered as a joyful, jovial, and hilarious newborn boy forever. According to what is said on the GoFundMe page, “His untimely and tragic loss has profoundly impacted the community of Pittsburgh.”

The photographs were shot only a few days before the tragedy, and they show the twins Leon and Ari wearing similar onesies side by side.

Virzi has strongly denied any involvement, and her attorney continues to insist that she is innocent.

All of these charges are denied by our client. According to her attorney David Shrager, who spoke to WTAE in Pittsburgh, “She is a loving person and a friend to these people, and she would never harm anyone’s child, let alone theirs.”

After Virzi reported that she saw an injury on Leon’s crotch region, the alleged murderer continued to babysit the little boy while his parents were at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh with his twin brother, Ari, according to the police.

When she suddenly heard screaming, she went into the kitchen to grab Katz a bottle, and she told the police that she ran into the kitchen.

Upon her return, she reported that the infant had somehow managed to tumble out of his bouncer chair. As a result, she dialed 911.

“The injuries sustained by both (twins) are consistent with having been sustained as a result of child abuse, as these are inflicted injuries that are not natural and not accidental,” a doctor told investigators, according to court records. “The injuries sustained by both (twins) are consistent with having been made as a result of child abuse.”

There is no provision for Virzi’s release from the Allegheny County Jail at this time. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on June 28.

According to her LinkedIn page, she is now enrolled in the Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at San Diego State University and the University of California Berkeley.

She is going to turn 30 years old this year. As a Ph.D. student, she is now. This is a circumstance in which she has been friends with the family for a very long time,’ Shrager said.

“As I’ve mentioned before, it does not indicate that she has a criminal history associated with her background, and we are eager to have our day in court.”

It is now being reported that she is being charged with a general count of murder, which, in most cases, does not allow for bail to be granted.

It goes without saying that we are going to do our research on that end and see whether or not we are able to make any adjustments there.
