Howie Mandel describes seeing his wife Terry Mandel in a pool of blood with her head exposed after a terrifying accident.
The America’s Got Talent judge, 68, told Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on June 17 that his wife collapsed and was hospitalized in Las Vegas in February.
We partied. Way too much. She was drunk. I didn’t know that, so she got up in the middle of the night and ran into the wall. He remembered her falling and hitting the wainscoting. “She fell and struck that. She tumbled, banged her eye, landed on the floor, and shattered her face.”
Mandel then posted a violent photo of his wife with a two-inch forehead cut and a big purple eye bruise. His panicked reaction to her head bleeding was acknowledged.
“I panicked when blood poured out. Picked her up and placed her on bed. He said there was blood everywhere. “Her skull was visible. It opened. I panicked.”
Mandel said that he spoke with the personnel at the hotel, and rather of dialing 911, they sent ten security guards to his room to investigate the problem. In a humorous manner, he said that when security came and saw all of the blood, it did not look good for him.
“This scene is a crime scene!” Consuelos made a playful remark.
If there was ever a time when someone got beaten up in the room, I guarantee that it would be me. Mandel jokingly said, “I am the most annoying person in the entire world.” “My wife is a saint.”
Terry was subsequently taken to the hospital, where Mandel said that she has since made a complete recovery because of her injuries.
“She is complete and utter perfection. This does not have a scar. He said, “She is stunning,” while displaying a recent photograph of the pair in which her face had been healed.
Mandel made a witty remark, saying, “People asked, ‘What happened?’ and she responded with, ‘Vegas.'”
