In a personal Instagram post, ‘Love Is Blind’ season 5 competitor Taylor Rue discusses the heartbreaking loss she encountered throughout the competition.
A tragic loss has left Taylor Rue in a state of sorrow. On Wednesday, the Love Is Blind competitor from season 5 turned to Instagram to reveal that she had experienced a miscarriage of her first child. She shared the news with her followers.
When Taylor uploaded a video of her first ultrasound, she captioned it with the following: “This was our first appointment where we got to see our baby that made us parents.”
The announcement of their pregnancy was something that she and her partner Cameron Shelton were looking forward to sharing, but instead, they are now sharing “very different news.”

Within a few of weeks, the Netflix actor said, “It went from’mom, there’s a heartbeat’ to ‘there is no heartbeat.'” Cam and I are utterly gut-wrenched and utterly saddened. Time is the only thing that can cure the agony that we are experiencing. As far as we are aware, the plan that God has for us is much superior than our own, and we are aware that baby S is in heaven, gazing down on us. 👼🏻🕊️🍓 Baby S will remain within our hearts for all eternity.
Bliss Poureetezadi, a star of Season 4, just became a mother for the first time. She expressed her happiness by writing, “Sending you lots of love and prayers: 🙏🏼❤️”
Lydia Arleen, who is also a co-star of Taylor in season 5, expressed her feelings by writing, “My love, I know how excited you were, your eyes were glowing. I am so so so sorry and my heart breaks for you. I love you so so so much, my sweet girl. My prayers are for you and Cam. 🥹🥹🥹❤️”
A remark made by Stacy Snyder was as follows: “Love you, babe, here for you ❤️❤️❤️”
The first time Taylor appeared on Love Is Blind was during the fifth season, when she became engaged to another competitor named JP. Following the statements made by JP about Taylor’s “fake” looks, the pair decided to end their relationship in Mexico.
“I stayed true to who I am and said what I needed to say, so I feel good about that,” Taylor remarked to ET after the reunion was shown in October 2023. “I feel good about that.”
At the end of that month, Taylor made her new boyfriend, Cameron, public by posting a photo of him on Instagram with the caption, “Found my plus one.”
