The pair is reportedly making a stealthy effort to sell the mansion that they purchased jointly in May 2023 for a total price of $60.8 million, as reported by ET. When it comes to the selling, the pair is collaborating with The Agency. The last several weeks have seen Lopez making appearances at various real estate locations.

After looking for a home together for two years, Lopez, who is 54 years old, and Affleck, who is 51 years old, finally bought the house.
There are 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms in the property that spans 46,000 square feet and is situated on 5 acres. Additionally, there is an indoor sports complex, a sports club, and a bar. The mansion also has a guard house with two bedrooms, a guest house that is 5,000 square feet in size, and a garage that can accommodate twelve vehicles.
The pair, who married the wedding in 2022 via two separate ceremonies, has been the subject of conflicting stories, and the announcement of the sale takes place in the midst of those rumors. According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight in May, Affleck and Lopez were “continuing to take space from each other.”
During the same month, a different insider expressed to ET that the couple was “going through some problems” in the midst of rumors that they were about to break up.
