A devastating update on her son, Levi Wright, has been revealed by Lewis Wright’s mother.
The announcement that their family is “letting him go” was made by Kallie Wright, who shares son Levi, who is three years old, with rodeo star Spencer Wright. The announcement was made in a post that was published on Facebook on Sunday, June 2.
Kallie began by saying, “After several sleepless nights, lots of research, multiple conversations with the world’s best neurologists, and millions of prayers, we are here in the face of our biggest fear.” Kallie was referring to her son, who has been hospitalized in a critical condition ever since he drove his toy tractor into a river in Utah on May 21.
According to her further explanation, “Levi showed us just enough to buy us time for all of this.” “We believed that those things were him overcoming chances and showing to us that he wanted to remain here, but we know now that he wanted to give us time to make peace with letting him go. Our prayers were answered. Earlier, I said that my child was kind and caring, and I really feel that he did that for us.
After consulting with medical professionals, Kallie made the suggestion that the family would be discontinuing any further medical assistance for her son, who, according to her, had sustained a brain damage and had been obliged to remain in the hospital for significant amounts of time.
She continued on to write about the effect that Levi’s tale has had, adding, “During this time he brought out humanity across the nation, he dropped so many to their knees and reminded them what truly matters in this world.” She went on to say another thing about the influence that Levi’s story has had. The strength of that T-rex takes on a whole other connotation, doesn’t it?

The next thing that Kallie said was, “Here soon I’ll climb into bed with my baby and hold him as he falls asleep for the very last time on this earth.” “The knowledge that he will be able to fulfill all of the activities that he enjoys and will be able to return to the wonderful little boy that he was brings me a sense of calm. I am aware that there are angels in heaven who are waiting to hold him until I am able to do so again!
The mother of three closed the message by saying, “We will miss him every second of every day down here, but we feel without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best thing we can do for him!” We are in love with you, baby beans, and I can’t wait till the day when we will be able to “work the ground” together once again!
There was a video showing Kallie and Levi operating a piece of equipment that was included with the heartfelt comments.
“Are you my closest friend?” While she was kissing Levi on the cheek, Kallie asked him the question. The third-year-old child said, “Yeah.”
This declaration was made by Kallie after she disclosed on Thursday, May 30, that Levi had been re-administered sedation because “he did not handle” being weaned off of it and was being kept “comfortable.”
Despite the fact that the 24-hour electroencephalogram (EEG) did not reveal any significant differences from the first one, she said that it was one of the things that she believed was necessary to do once again.
Levi is being kept comfortable, and they have made an effort to wean him off of the sedative; but, he is not able to tolerate it. “It was a heartbreaking experience to watch, and he is currently under a significant amount of sedation until the next step,” she stated. Today is the day for the MRI. The second one could be different from the previous one, or it might not be. We are verifying and double checking all that we possibly can!
We would want to reiterate that Levi is our first focus in all of this. In order to provide him with a higher level of service, we are holding many chats every day with various medical professionals, including neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and others. She added Kallie.
Following the disclosure that Levi had woken up earlier in the day, Kallie said on May 24 that she and her husband Spencer were “shattered” by the findings of their son’s first MRI. She made this statement after explaining that Levi had woken up earlier in the day.
“The MRI wasn’t good, we’re shattered but it is just images that suggest a certain quality of life,” she said in a post that she published on May 24. In the next several days, Levi’s actions will be the most important factor in determining the outcome of everything.
