Shepherd is the newest addition to Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari’s family, and they are celebrating their first Mother’s Day together.
During the spring vacation, the actor, who is 51 years old, celebrated with his wife, who is 30 years old, by uploading a selfie on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 12. The two of them were smiling as Duhamel took a minute to pay tribute to his wife as he was writing over the picture.
A toast to you, my dearest, on the occasion of your first Mother’s Day. What a wonderful mother you are to our little Shepherd, and Axl couldn’t have asked for a more exceptional stepmother,” Duhamel said in his letter.

Shepherd, who is four months old, is brought into the world by Duhamel and Mari. Axl, who is ten years old, is Duhamel’s son, and he shares custody of him with his ex-girlfriend Fergie.
This past Easter, Mari posted a cute video of herself and Shepherd, who was dressed in a cute yellow knit attire, on her Instagram Stories. Shepherd was wearing the outfit. “Easter baby,” she captioned the video with the phrase.
In January, before Duhamel welcomed Shepherd into the world, he shared a story about how his son Axl had a heartwarming response when he found out that he was going to be bigger than his brother. The celebrity revealed this information in an interview with Parade. “He’s like, ‘Wait, now, am I going to be — You’re still going to love me, though, too, right?'” says the celebrity.
When I thought about it, I thought, ‘Of course, I’m going to still love you.’ After that, he says something along the lines of, “I’m still going to be your firstborn son, right?” The way I feel about it is, “Yeah, you’re still the firstborn son!” The actor from Shotgun Wedding also said.
“He’s a cute little boy,” she said. As well as, he adores infants! As Duhamel put it. When I was his age, I lived in the same manner. I just have a deep affection for infants. Those individuals have a certain quality. Also, he is quite excellent with children of a younger age. Therefore, I believe that he is going to be an excellent elder brother.
In the month of October, Duhamel was able to gain some “dad points” by meeting the legendary soccer player David Beckham. On his Instagram account, the actor shared a picture in which he posed with the athlete and provided an explanation as to why the shot was so noteworthy.
“This was just too fantastic to keep to myself. To my kid, I am grateful to you, @davidbeckham, for making me seem impressive. His caption on the photograph said, “You are a good man.”
In addition, he posted a video on his Instagram account that showed Axl responding to the picture by sending a video message to his father. Wow, that is very fantastic, Dad!
