Following the destruction of two houses, she reportedly warned her ex-boyfriend that he would have “nothing” by the end of the day. She then proceeded to send him a video in which she ordered their kid to say goodbye to themselves.

A Texas mother and her son, who was three years old, were found passed in what seems to be a murder-suicide. The local police have disclosed a comprehensive chronology of the terrible circumstances that led up to the two losses.

The bodies of Savannah Kriger, 32 years old, and her son Kaiden, three years old, were discovered on March 19, 2024, at Tom Slick Park in San Antonio. At the time of the finding, the police made the announcement that they were treating the event as a homicide and suspected that it was a murder-suicide.

Sheriff Javier Salazar of the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department presented the official sequence of events that led up to the murders of the two individuals last week.

According to Salazar, Savannah left her place of employment at around 12:49 p.m. on March 18 and traveled to the property of her ex-husband. It is alleged that Savannah entered the apartment and caused damage to his personal apparel, other belongings, and furniture. It was thought that her ex-boyfriend was working at the time that everything was taking place.

As soon as she left his property, she headed to her own residence.

At that moment, she was the only one present at this apartment. “There were some wedding dresses that appeared to be laid out on the bed, and we believe that she fired two shots into her wedding portraits that were positioned on the bed,” stated Salazar. He also said that the shell casings that were recovered in the residence were identical to those that were located at the murder site, which is where the victims were eventually discovered.

At that point, Savannah picked up her kid from daycare and made a FaceTime conversation to her ex-boyfriend, who taped the call. This is according to the timetable.

“During the conversation that lasts for two minutes and thirteen seconds, Savannah says in the video, ‘You don’t have anything to go home to now.'” In all honesty, you don’t… The authorities said that at the end of the day, you would have absolutely nothing left in your possession.

According to Fox News Digital, she also gave the following statement: “You abandoned us for a piece of shit… Your father abandoned us in order to be with a lady he found on the internet; please explain to your son the reason you are not present. In response to a question regarding the damage that was done to his house, she reportedly said that he “cared more about [his] material possessions than his son.”

Tom Slick Park was the destination that Savannah and her kid arrived to at 3:03 p.m. Following that, she made another effort to FaceTime her ex-boyfriend, and then she sent a text message that stated, “Say goodbye to your son to your son.”

She then made a video around the minute and twenty-one mark, “where she and Kaiden appear to be already seated at the drainage ditch where their bodies would be found approximately 19 hours later by law enforcement.” This was after she had previously attempted to establish a FaceTime connection. Savannah gives Kaiden the instruction to bid farewell to his father, and Kaiden complies with this instruction. Additionally, Savannah expresses her regret to Kaiden for the absence of his father, and then she gives him a brief kiss.

There was “nothing graphic” about the video, according to Salazar, although he did mention that it was “pretty obvious what’s about to happen” next. “It seems to be pretty clear what her intentions are at that point,” he said in conclusion.

Immediately after the conversation, Savannah was seen using her mobile device to search for cartoons on YouTube. It wasn’t until the next morning that she and her kid were located, when the police had opened the park during their routine sweep and discovered them. Gunshot wounds were sustained by each of them. The pistol that she used was reportedly purchased by a buddy who, at some point in time, lawfully transferred it to her. This is according to the police.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Brian Kriger, who had apparently filed for divorce earlier that month, disclosed the contents of the texts he had received.

“She sent the message on the tail end of a wire transferring all the money out of [our] joint account,” Kriger said to reporters. “I assumed she was running with him –- that’s what prompted my lawyer to initiate the order for writ to make her appear in court the next day.”

“What was going through my head was that I needed to get my son out of her custody as quickly as possible because of her erratic behavior after seeing the damages,” Kriger proceeded to explain. “The only thing that [the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office] did was a welfare check to her residence, which was stupid because I told them that she wasn’t there, and she had my son and intentions to take everything from me.”

At the time of the murder-suicide, Savannah was subject to a restraining order against her husband, as reported by Fox News Digital. He said, on the other hand, that she had prepared “false police reports and allegations of domestic violence in order to take my son away from me.”
