It has been revealed by TMZ that Kyle Marisa Roth’s parents were very worried on the day that she was discovered passed, and the reason for their anxiety was something that they had read online and then reported to the authorities.
New court documents that were acquired by TMZ indicate that the Annapolis Police Department arrived to the apartment complex where Kyle was living on April 14. This occurred after one of Kyle’s parents had contacted 911 to seek a welfare check for their daughter. This was after the parents had not heard from their daughter for a few days.
Robert, her father, said to the police that he had last spoken to Kyle on April 8; Jacquie, her mother, stated that she had not spoken to Kyle in many months. Whatever the case may be, Kyle’s mother expressed concern over a particular video that Kyle uploaded on April 4; however, the circumstances behind her concern are not quite apparent.
The incident report has been substantially censored; nonetheless, based on what we have been able to collect, it seems that her mother was really concerned about this video and felt that it could have something to do with their daughter being missing. Kyle’s body was discovered inside the apartment after the police were able to convince a management to unlock the door.
In spite of the fact that the documentation does not include any specifics about the condition in which Kyle’s corpse was discovered or the specific circumstances surrounding her loss, the police have noted in the documents that she was “beyond help.”
Sources inside the law enforcement community have informed us that the original call to Kyle’s residence was received as a probable overdose; however, the report does not include any indication that narcotics were suspected. In the documents, the only things that the police mention are that the investigation has to be taken over by the medical examiner and that an autopsy is required.
For the time being, her loss is still a mystery, despite the fact that her parents have informed the authorities that Kyle did not exhibit any abnormal behavior. A toxicology report has not yet been received, and an autopsy is now being performed.
