Every time we see people helping animals, it brings us delight. Due to the fact that animals seldom show thanks for a good action, this occupation is considered to be thankless.
One kangaroo, for example, showed his gratitude to the people who rescued him by shaking hands with them. This is just one example of how some animals have a fantastic way of expressing “thank you” to those who save them.
An individual by the name of David Boyd reportedly saw a kangaroo on Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, as reported by the Daily Mail Australia. It has been reported that the water was quite cold, and the animal was unable to escape by any means.
On the other hand, two brave fans took the risk of entering the icy waters in order to aid the roo.
The guys go cautiously toward the kangaroo in order to avoid frightening it. The kangaroo will begin swinging its arms as soon as they get close enough to grasp its arms and bring it to a secure place.
The boys, not to be deterred, take the animal and lead it away from the river to safety.

The kangaroo is lifted onto dry ground with the assistance of a third person, who also ensures that the scared and quivering animal remains silent.
Despite their innocent look, kangaroos have the potential to be aggressive if they perceive that they are in danger. Their defenses consist of a punch that is similar to that of a boxer, sharp claws, and a kick that experts say has the potential to disembowel a man.
This kangaroo, fortunately, seemed to be aware that these individuals were there to provide assistance, and at a very emotional moment, he extended his paw as if to shake hands with their representatives.
The one who was video the rescue then said, “Aw, he’s thanking you.”
In accordance with the Daily Mail Australia, the kangaroo was described as being in a state of “shock,” and it took it half an hour to get calm.
On the other hand, onlookers have reported that the kangaroo eventually hopped along on its own, probably unharmed by the encounter, as reported by the Courier Mail.
