New charges have been brought forth against Brad Pitt by Angelina Jolie, who claims that he had physically assaulted her prior to the aircraft incident that led to the dissolution of their marriage. However, we are hearing a different narrative.

In documents that were acquired by TMZ, Angie’s legal representatives made a serious allegation against her former partner. Specifically, they claimed that he had reportedly subjected her to physical abuse before to the event that took place in the sky in September of 2016. Angelina has maintained that the incident included Brad touching their child.

Despite the fact that we are aware that Brad has denied this and that the authorities have exonerated him of any crime, Angelina has continued to insist that it really place. This includes the fact that her lawyers have said that the abuse that AJ claims to have undergone at the hands of Brad actually occurred prior to whatever took place in 2016.

According to what they have said, “Although Pitt’s history of physically abusing Jolie began a long time before the family’s plane trip from France to Los Angeles in September 2016, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well.” After that, Jolie hastily parted ways with him.

Angelina and her crew do not provide specifics on the supposed events that took place prior to the year 2016, but they are surely dropping hints that there is more to tell… from her perspective.

The reason that this is even being brought up at this moment is because Angelina’s attorneys have submitted a petition in the continuing winery lawsuit that Angie and Brad are still engaged in. BP is suing Angie for attempting to sell her shares of their vineyard, Chateau Miraval, to a third party.

Angie’s team thinks that the conversations that they have submitted this week will help them sell their case, which is that Brad reportedly refused to let her sell her winery shares without first signing a rewritten non-disclosure agreement. If their request is granted, however, Brad’s side will be required to hand up these contacts.

The attorneys for Angelina have said that they think Brad has been attempting to further stifle Angelina by having her sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that is more comprehensive and detailed. This is allegedly done in an effort to prevent Angelina from disclosing any information that might be detrimental to Brad.

Her legal team asserts that she was willing to sign a normal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when she first offered to sell him her shares, but that he changed his mind and wanted the agreement to be more stringent in the midst of their custody struggle.
