Joe Rogan vented his frustrations on “The View” after his most recent guest appeared on the program and related what he considered to be a negative experience he had while watching the show. He also had some harsh words for the women that were there.
They were rehashing Coleman Hughes’ visit on “The View” from the previous week, during which Coleman got into a difficult discussion with Sunny Hostin over the subject of racism and color blindness. The comedian and podcaster hosted Coleman Hughes on ‘JRE’ on Wednesday, and they were discussing his appearance.
CH is of the opinion that Sunny attacked him in an unjust manner. CH is the author of a book that takes the position that society need to place less emphasis on race and more emphasis on class and socioeconomic level.
In case you were unable to get it… Sunny made the accusation that Coleman was a puppet for those on the right, and she asked him what he would say to individuals who would label him a “charlatan” for selling these beliefs, which she appeared to be claiming were intrinsically anti-Black. Coleman responded by saying that he would tell them what he would say to such people.

Welp, Joe himself had some comments on this matter. He told Coleman that it does not come as a surprise to him that he was experiencing a sensation of being ambushed on “The View.” This is because, in JR’s perspective, it is nothing more than a “rabies-infested hen house,” and Sunny pouncing is nothing out of the ordinary.
It would seem that Coleman did not provide Joe with a great deal of criticism on his portrayal in this instance; nevertheless, he does mention that he felt the live studio audience had mostly agreed with his point of view.
As a matter of fact, Coleman was able to hold his own against Sunny and defend himself against the idea that he was being co-opted by the right in order to pursue an agenda, maintaining that he was independent.
