With a large family, Elin Nordegren is finally able to realize her goal.
When the adultery scandal that Tiger Woods was involved in in 2009 ripped apart their almost six-year marriage and the family she wanted for her two young children, who were only ten months old and two years old at the time, the ex-wife of the golf icon was distraught.
With former National Football League tight end Jordan Cameron, the mental health counselor, who is 44 years old, has everything she could possibly want in life today: six children, a busy home life, and a dedicated spouse to share it with.
Having gotten acquainted for the first time in 2017, the pair now has a mixed family consisting of six children with each other. Cameron already had a kid named Tristan from a previous relationship since he was already a father. The mental health counselor has two children with Woods: a boy named Charlie, who is 15 years old, and a daughter named Sam, who is 16 years old. In addition, Nordegren has three children with Cameron: Zeta, Freya, and Arthur.
“Elin always wanted a big family and loved the idea of a house filled with kids,” a friend of Nordegren states to PEOPLE. “Elin’s dream was to have a large family.” “She has that now, living her sweetest dream.”
Earlier this week, the mother of six watched with pride as her son, Charlie, was presented with his state championship ring. This came after his school in North Palm Beach, Florida successfully won the Class 1A golf tournament. There was also Woods present at the event.
It was the fourth time that Charlie’s school has won the state championship, which they did in November. This victory comes at a time when the younger Woods is attempting to forge his own path in life.
Charlie was unable to progress to the next round in the 2024 Cognizant Classic event held at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, leading to his failure to qualify for the PGA Tour. This failure occurred one month ago.
Several years after their divorce, a source revealed to People that Woods and Nordegren are still close friends and co-parents of their children.
“At this point, they are friends,” the person said. Everything that took place in the past is now considered to be in the past. Both of them made the decision to act like grownups and to provide the children the best possible care. That is to say, they get along really well. Tiger has quite a few wonderful things to say about Elin. He has never once voiced any complaints about her… The youngsters adore both of them.
