It’s great to have Jason Kelce back in action!

On Saturday, the freshly retired NFL player, who is 36 years old, participated in a different sort of activity. He went to a baseball game in Philadelphia with his wife Kylie McDevitt Kelce, and he threw the first pitch. The game was between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves.

During the game, Jason made the ceremonial first pitch with his former Philadelphia Eagles teammate Fletcher Cox at Citizens Bank Park, which was the location of the game. The beautiful occasion was recorded in a picture that was published on Instagram by the baseball club.

In the description of the carousel post, the Philadelphia Phillies stated, “Today’s first pitch: Go Birds forever 💚.” These words were followed by the phrase, “(swipe for a gift from Jason to Bryce).”

In a another picture that was uploaded to the carousel, Jason, who was dressed for the game in a red and white striped Phillies shirt, pants, and a red baseball cap, was seen giving first baseman Bryce Harper a present as he was signing his cleats.

In the meanwhile, Kylie was seen smiling with her husband in photographs shot throughout the day. She was wearing jeans and a white sweatshirt with red Phillies writing on it. She also posed for a playful shot with a fluffy green Phillies mascot when she was at the game. Wyatt, who is four years old, Elliotte, who is three years old, and Bennett, who is one year old, are the three children that she and Jason share.

It seems that the couple’s children did not accompany them to the sporting event that took place on Saturday. However, Kylie did spend some time with Kaycee Marchetti, who is also a fan of Cox and who was present at the game.

Jason joked in a post on X (which was then known as Twitter) when it was reported earlier this week that he would be the one to throw the first pitch at the game on Saturday. He said, “Yes Saturday, not the home opener, and to be clear, @fcoxx_91 is going to have to throw it because my elbow doesn’t work.”

At the beginning of this month, both Jason and Cox, who are both 33 years old, made the announcement that they would be retiring from the National Football League. Following Jason’s arrival on the Eagles in 2011 and Cox’s arrival the following year, the two of them played together for more than ten years throughout their respective careers.

At the baseball game that they attended together on Saturday, the two individuals gave off the impression of being in a really good mood.

In further photographs that were shared by both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles, the two individuals were seen sharing a hug on the field and mingling with the players both on and off the field in the locker room.

The caption of the joint post said, “Got a couple legends in the house today,” alluding to the two former National Football League players involved in the post.

Jason Kelce said earlier this month, on his podcast with his brother Travis Kelce, titled New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, that he has not experienced any changes in his feelings since he retired from the National Football League, and that he continues to visit the Eagles’ training facility.

“I am a creature of habit,” she said. He told me, “I don’t feel any different.” “I’m going to make the assumption that once, you know, organized team activities (OTAs) start up, and particularly once training camp and the season start rolling around, it will really start to strike a little bit harder. However, after one week, I can honestly say that there hasn’t been much of a difference.
