Once again, Ray J and Princess Love are on the verge of divorce, and she is prepared to throw in the towel in court by seeking to dissolve their marriage. This will be the fourth time that they have gone down this path throughout their marriage.
The ‘L&HH’ actress filed for divorce on Monday in L.A. County, and although the specifics of what she wants out of the divorce are unknown at this moment, the fact that she is ending her marriage is not. The one and only thing that we are confident of is that she mentions that there are minors under the age of 18 involved, and that money has to be sorted out.
Noteworthy is the fact that she is the petitioner this time, and Ray is the respondent. When they attempted to get a divorce for the third time, RJ was the one who submitted the petition, and that was in the year 2021. Their second divorce petition was submitted by him in the latter half of the year 2020, while she commenced the process in the spring of the same year.
It seems that they have been arguing over who should submit the paperwork, and this time it is she who is doing it.
“It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our decision to divorce,” PL said in a long statement that was uploaded on Instagram in response to the news. We have come to the terrible reality that our paths have diverged, and it is in the best interest of both of us to part ways. This revelation came about after a great deal of introspection, conversation, and therapy.
She goes on to state that they are approaching this matter with the intention of ensuring the well-being of both of them, and that they are dedicated to being excellent co-parents to their two children, a little girl and a boy who they share.
The last statement that Princess Love makes on their divorce is as follows: “Although this chapter of our lives may be coming to an end, we are looking forward to embracing the opportunities for growth, healing, and new beginnings that lie ahead.” We are convinced that we will be able to manage this shift with grace and resilience if we give ourselves enough time, if we have patience, and if we have the support of those we care about.
They have had a lot of problems over the years, but up to this point, they have been able to make peace with one another and have decided to withdraw all of the divorce petitions that were filed before to this. It seems to be over at this point.
