Susan Sarandon began her career as a wide-eyed ingénue in the 1970s, and she has gone on to have a long and very successful career. Since then, she has been in a wide variety of films and television series, and she has been recognized with a number of honors during her career in the entertainment business, which extended for many decades. Additionally, the celebrity has been seen performing on stage. She has been a strong activist for a variety of issues, including the treatment and study of endometriosis, in addition to her profession as an actress.

The New York City native who went on to win an Academy Award was born in 1946. When she was in school, she discovered that she had a passion for performance and started to engage in activities such as dance, acting, and playing musical instruments. It was obvious from the beginning that she has skill, and as she progressed through childhood and into maturity, her gift only became stronger.

It was in the film “Joe” in 1970 that Susan made her debut as an actress. After that, she went on to make appearances on television, and then she went on to play the role of Janet Weiss in the musical comedy horror film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Her other significant film roles include “The Witches of Eastwick,” “Lorenzo’s Oil,” “The Client,” and “Little Women.” She has also been in a number of other memorable films. Nevertheless, the film “Thelma & Louise,” which she featured in with Geena Davis and which is still her most well-known picture to this day, was released in 1991.

On the other hand, Susan received acclaim for her performance on television; yet, after the cameras stopped rolling, she was condemned for the decisions she took in her personal life, including the decision to become a mother. As she discussed the prospect of becoming a parent, she dispelled the skepticism of people who referred to her as “crazy.”

There are three children in her family: one is a film by Franco Amurri, and the other two are by Tim Robbins, an actor. Every one of her children followed her into the entertainment business, with the youngest even being the focus of a few headlines due to the fact that he discovered his sexual orientation.

In spite of the fact that she did not have the appearance of the traditional Hollywood bombshells of the period, Susan demonstrated that she could still be seductive by expressing confidence. In a similar manner, the actress has shown self-assurance and self-determination in contrast to the expectations that have been placed upon her.

Susan has had three widely publicized relationships: one with Amurri, one with Robbins, and one with Jonathan Bricklin. She has also been married and previously divorced. In addition, she is a mother to three children, the oldest of whom was born when she was 39 years old, and the youngest of whom was born when she was 45 years old.

Susan is another person who has expressed her desire to become a mother at a later age. In 1985, she gave birth to her first child, Eva Amurri, who was a lifestyle blogger and actor. In 1989, Susan gave birth to her second child, Jack Henry Robbins, who was a writer and director. In 1992, she gave birth to her third child, Miles Robbins, who was a musician and actor.

In an interview with People magazine, Sarandon said that she does not have any regrets over her choice to become a mother. During an interview with Anderson Cooper in 2012, Susan expressed her opinion that it was more beneficial for her to bring up her children in New York City as opposed to California.

Because you are surrounded by people, I believe that living in New York is a really beneficial experience. “You are not isolated,” she added, drawing a comparison between them and her upbringing in Los Angeles, which she characterized as being “such a big fuss about everything.”

She also said that she chose to bring up her children in New York because of the “flexibility and adaptability” of the city, which would make her children “more open to the differences that people find in one another.”

As was to be anticipated, each and every one of her children eventually matured into adults with open minds and followed in her footsteps into the entertainment business. As for her son, Jack, he went on to become a writer and director, while her oldest daughter, Eva, became an actress.

In his latter years, Miles, Susan’s youngest son, developed into a wonderful young man. Miles, who is now 31 years old, has been in a number of films and television episodes throughout the course of his career. To name just a few of examples, he has starred in “My Friend Dahmer” and “Daniel Isn’t Real.”

It is interesting to note that Miles was brought to the notice of the public when Susan disclosed to People Magazine in 2015 her non-traditional parenting practices and ideas.

“I know how difficult it is to survive the teenage years intact and the socialization process – if you step out of line, it is so difficult,” she said in an interview with the journal. “But as a mother, I know how difficult it is to survive.”

In her statement, Susan reaffirmed her wish to bring up her children in New York City, where they would be exposed to a diverse range of cultures and beliefs.

There are a great number of children in today’s society who are questioning their sexual orientation, whether they are homosexual or transgender. These children are going through a very difficult period, and it might be quite harmful for them. Susan expressed her thoughts on the matter, saying, “I think it’s really great that we are having all these conversations and getting kids to understand that there is somewhere we can go to talk it over.” This statement was made after she disclosed that her son, Miles, performs while wearing gowns and has long hair.

In a blog post that Miles published on The Huffington Post, he posed the question, “Is It Really That Strange for a Guy to Wear a Dress?” in a rhetorical manner.

The informative article provided Miles with the clarification that he “wear[s] dresses to embrace femininity (adjective) but not to re-assign my gender to female (noun).”

“I think that it is absurd to think that there is a rigidity to the identity of CIS and Heterosexual males and females, that for a man to wear a dress or for a woman to wear pants means that they are LGBTQ,” he said. “It is absurd to think that there is a rigidity to the identity of any of these groups.”

Miles, who has now chopped his long hair off, as shown in a photo on his Instagram account, has reaffirmed elsewhere in the same blog post that he does not identify as a member of the LGBTQ community and that he is still sexually attracted to the opposite sex. This is something that can be seen in the image. Baking and cooking, on the other hand, are his preferred pastimes, in contrast to other activities that are often enjoyed by males.
