Momoa is now taking his new Max documentary series, titled “On the Roam,” on the road in an effort to gather inspiration.
The location of Jason Momoa’s residence is determined by the whims of the road. That’s what we call “life on the move.”
During an interview with Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight, the Aquaman actor disclosed that he does not currently have a residence. Furthermore, it seems that this is the manner in which he wants to do things, particularly in this day and age when he has a lot going on, professionally speaking. His most recent endeavor, titled “On the Roam,” will make its debut on Max on January 18th. The documentary series will follow him as he travels around the nation, visiting artisans who create works of art using vintage bicycles, helicopters, instruments, and a variety of other items.
After that, these collectables are going to be auctioned off, which is a good thing for Momoa since she does not have a place to keep them at the moment.
He says, “Bro, I don’t even have a home right now,” Momoa, who is 44 years old. “I make my home on the road. Now that I’ve arrived in New Zealand, I’ll begin playing Minecraft. I will pray that everyone enjoys it.
However, before he begins work on that highly awaited project, the action actor discusses what it has been like for him to be on the road, as well as the people who are surprised to see him step out of the backseat of a vehicle when he comes to town for his new documentary series.
“I’m always in these weird places,” according to him. “I’m going to be on the road when you locate me. Every every time, it takes place. The question that they are asking is, “What the hell are you doing in our hometown?”
“I love the idea of just being with everyday people and doing my craft, which is filming, and then showing them,” he stated. “It can be a very rewarding experience.” As a result, I believe that since I have been doing it for such a long time, I grew to be fascinated about it.
As a result of his insatiable curiosity, he decided to bring a video team along with him in order to look for inspiration among the individuals who make art with their hands.
“These are the things I really want to do, and hopefully by doing that and creating something and passing it on to charity,” according to him. “I’m like, ‘Wow, this feels good.’ I’m doing what I want to do.”
Momoa will have the opportunity to meet one of his most significant creative influences, the well-known photographer Todd Hido, during the course of the series. He will also expose viewers to the artisans who are responsible for creating the intricacies behind the characters he portrays, go on the adventure of restoring a 1920s Rolls-Royce Phantom, and more.
“It’s very much my passion for handcrafted artisans,” according to him. “The things that I truly love, wanting to honor the people who inspire me, and then wanting to make stuff that is really cool for charity, so that they can, you know, bring all this kind of attention to these artisans,” she said. “It’s a win-win situation.” As soon as people see the exhibit, I will immediately go on Instagram and make an effort to get things rolling so that we can auction off a lot of these great stuff and share some unconditional love.
