The actor Kamar de los Reyes, who was best known for his role on the television show One Life to Live, has passed away. He was 56 years old.

After playing the character of Pedro Quinn in the off-Broadway production of Blade to the Heat in 1994, he went on to portray Ferdinand in George C. Wolfe’s production of The Tempest in Shakespeare in the Park. This marked the beginning of his career.

Between the years 1995 and 2009, Los Reyes was well-known for his performance on One Life to Live as Antonio Vega, a former gang member who later became a lawyer and a police officer. In the series, the actor appeared with his wife, Sherri Saum, who also had a role.

For the video game Call of Duty: Black Ops II, los Reyes provided the voice for the character Raul Menendez, in addition to his well-known work in the soap opera industry.
