This time around, Hilary Duff is going to be a mother!

The 36-year-old singer made the announcement on her Instagram account on Tuesday that she is having her fourth child, which will be her third child with her husband Matthew Koma.

The former Lizzie McGuire tweeted a picture of her family’s Christmas card, which contained a picture of her three children and Koma posing in a bedroom. The picture was shared on social media that she had posted. Her daughter Banks, who was four years old, was hanging from the rafters of the bed, and her daughter Mae, who was two years old, was sitting on the ground with a guitar. Duff put her hand on her baby bulge and seemed astonished.

While Koma posed on the bed with one eyebrow raised, his son Luca, who was eleven years old, was sitting in an armchair clutching a controller for a video game.

With the words “So much for silent nights,” the card said. “Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew.”

Additionally, Duff released the reverse of her Christmas card, which had individual photographs of all three of her children individually. A member on the opposing side said, “Buckle up, Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch!”

In addition, Koma announced the good news on his Instagram account by uploading a picture of the family celebrating the holiday. In his post, he stated, “Baby #4 is loading…” and tagged the location of his image as “Vasectomy clinic.”

Comrie, Duff’s ex-husband, is the father of her son Luca, and she shares custody of her two kids with Koma.

Before, the actress from Younger gave an interview to PEOPLE in which she discussed her life as a mother of three children and said that she “loves this mayhem.”

According to Duff, “I am so in love with all of my children.”

She mentioned this after she had her daughter Mae. “It’s a learning curve to throw a newborn into the mix,” she remarked. “A lot of people have been like, ‘That third kid really gets you.’ And they’re right!”

In addition, the former Disney actress said that she had an incredible companion in Koma.

“He was such an amazing dad right out the gate,” according to Duff. “During this period of breastfeeding and chaos, he responded by saying, ‘I’m just going to be your assistant because I believe that’s the way I’m going to be the most helpful to you in this timeframe.'” He has this really incredible way of seeing at the broad picture, where I’m very much like, right-here-right-now, and he zooms out. He has this fantastic way of seeing things.

A collaboration on her album Breathe In, which was released in 2015, brought the two together. After dating on and off for a number of years, Breathe Out finally decided to tie the knot. Duff, who had left her ex-husband Comrie in 2014, started to feel more comfortable with the idea of getting married once again after she gave birth to Banks in 2018.

During the month of May 2019, Duff stunned Koma by proposing to her by sending her a screen capture of a ring that attracted her attention. They went on to get married in December of that same year.
