In addition to co-starring in the forthcoming film “Maude v. Maude,” the actresses are also co-producing the movie.

As she discusses her “rocky start” working with Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry is being very open and honest about how the two of them finally “bonded.”

The Academy Award winner, who is 57 years old, recently gave an interview to Variety in which she discussed the forthcoming film Maude v. Maude, in which she will also be co-starring and co-producing with Jolie, who is 48 years old.

The film, which has been compared to a crossover between Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith and Mission: Impossible with a comic twist, will transport the two ladies to different parts of the globe.

Berry has expressed her excitement at the prospect of competing with Jolie “physically and intellectually” in the film, but she has also said that their early meetings were not exactly a smooth sailing experience.

“We had a rocky start and I think that is going to serve us well in our screen time together,” according to Berry.

Berry has said that fans would have to wait to hear that narrative, but she has assured them that it is a “good one.” She has stated that she would not discuss the specific circumstances that led to their difficult beginnings.

They have moved on from whatever possible turmoil Berry mentions in her interview and have gone on with their lives. “We’ve been talking a lot about divorces and exes,” she says moreover. “We bonded, let’s say that.”

Jonny Lee Miller, Billy Bob Thornton, and Brad Pitt are the three actors to whom Michelle Jolie has tied the knot on three separate occasions. Over the course of the previous seven years, she and Pitt have made their way through a protracted and ugly separation, followed by a divorce. They are the parents of six children together.

David Justice, Eric Benét, and Olivier Martinez, with whom she has a son named Maceo-Robert, are the three men to whom Berry has been married on three separate occasions. Along with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, she is also the mother of Nahla.

Berry tells Variety that she is “thrilled to work with another woman and craft a story with our sensibility and from our point of view.”

Her description of Jolie is “formidable.”

In an interview that was conducted not too long ago with WSJ Magazine, Jolie discussed the continuing legal struggle that she is engaged in with Pitt and how it has influenced her life.

“This is a component of what transpired after my divorce. I was unable to live as freely and travel as freely as I formerly did. When asked about leaving Los Angeles, Jolie’s response was, “I will move when I can.” “I was raised in a context that was extremely superficial. Hollywood is not a healthy place since it is one of the most unhealthy locations in the world. So you are looking for genuineness.”
