According to the paperwork filed in court, Pacino will pay Alfallah an upfront payment of $110,000 in addition to a monthly ‘basic’ child support payment of $30,000.

According to court records acquired by Entertainment Tonight, Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino is required to pay his girlfriend Noor Alfallah $30,000 per month in child support for the couple’s baby Roman, who is now 4 months old.

In September, Alfallah, who is now 29 years old, filed for full physical custody of their kid. In October, the couple reached an agreement about custody, visiting dates, and child support payments.

The newly discovered records pertaining to Pacino, 83, and Alfallah’s arrangement shed insight on the pair’s parenting approach as well as the financial aspects of raising their little kid.

The actor known for Scarface will make a one-time payment of $110,000 to his girlfriend as well as “base” child support of $30,000 each month. However, depending on how much money he makes at the end of the year, he may be required to make a further payment of up to an additional $90,000.

Pacino will also contribute $15,000 annually, starting with this year, to an education fund for Roman, and he will be liable for paying the full cost of any medical expenditures that Roman incurs that are not covered by insurance.

Regarding custody, it was decided that Alfallah would have primary physical custody, while Pacino would have visiting rights. They will coordinate their efforts to figure out how the holiday schedule and the academic calendar will fit together.

In addition, according to the agreement, Pacino has agreed to pay his girlfriend’s legal bills of up to $20,000 in total.

The arrangement is in accordance with Alfalla’s initial file in September, in which she asked Pacino have “reasonable visitation” and that they share a joint legal custody award of Roman. The deal is in line with Alfalla’s original application in September.

The voluntary statement of parenthood that Alfallah and Pacino signed six days after Roman’s birth was included in the paperwork that Alfallah filed as part of that petition. Pacino’s fatherhood in reference to their kid is acknowledged in the aforementioned legal document.

Alfallah gave birth to Roman at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6, 2022, shortly after the pair had first been romantically connected, which occurred in April 2022.

“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,” Rosenfeld confirmed to ET. “They are together.”

Rosenfeld responded to ET’s inquiry about what caused Alfallah to seek for custody by saying, “That is a question for Noor.”

Since Rosenfeld shared that information, it is not apparent whether or not their relationship status has evolved since then.

The actor who won an Academy Award is the father of three children who are now adults: his daughter Julie Pacino, who is 33 years old and is the product of his connection with Jan Tarrant; and his twins Olivia and Anton Pacino, who are 22 years old and are the product of his relationship with Beverly D’Angelo.

Pacino dated Camila Morrone’s mother, Lucila Solá, for a significant amount of time, hence she considers Pacino to be her stepfather. Camila Morrone is an actress and model.
