Night to Shine is a global event that honors adolescents with special needs in the guise of a prom and was founded by Tim Tebow, who is renowned for his great heart and kindness. A red carpet and a prom night straight out of a fairy tale were provided to students with special needs in eleven different nations across the world the year before.

Judy Adams was one of the people that attended the event in New York. Before she went to her prom, she made the decision to ask the company’s creator to be her date, but he was unable to accept owing to his busy work schedule. Even though Tim Tebow was unable to fulfill Judy’s desire of taking her to the prom on that particular evening, he did not forget about the wonderful girl or her wish.

During an appearance on the “Tonight Show,” Tebow came to the conclusion that the best way to make up to Judy was to provide her the biggest surprise of her life. He stated to Jimmy Fallon, the presenter of the program, that he wasn’t even able to attend his own high school prom since he was always so busy playing sports while he was in high school.
Fallon pulls out a corsage from his pocket and offers it to Tebow. The two engage in lighthearted conversation over the flower arrangement, with Tebow thanking Fallon for the present as if it were his own “promposal.” Instead, he faces the crowd and announces that he would want to ask a particular female out on a dance tonight.

Judy Adams is left speechless, and she doesn’t waste any time getting down to the stage. The lights go down, and she is able to dance with the person who has always been her first choice for the prom. As a parent of a kid with special needs, it is always painful when your child accomplishes something they are often excluded from. Judy’s mother can be seen wiping her tears as she watches the performance from her place in the crowd.
The generosity shown to Judy by Tim Tebow elevated an ordinary event like prom to the level of a once-in-a-lifetime experience that the recipient and her mother will remember fondly for the rest of their lives.
