A number of well-known celebrities, including Emma Stone, Brian Wilson, Macauley Culkin, Carly Simon, and Barbra Streisand, have been diagnosed with agoraphobia.
In an interview with Vanity Fair in the year 2000, Basinger said that she believes her anxiousness may have its origins in her youth.
