It has been confirmed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are spending time together.
On Sunday night, the “Lavender Haze” singer, who is 33 years old, was seen on camera leaving Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who is also 33 years old.
Swift flashed a short grin at the camera and made what seemed like a farewell gesture as she and West walked together out of the building. Kelce, who was wearing a patterned two-piece attire, smiled and gave a little nod to the camera at the same time.
On Sunday, Swift was a member of the audience that was rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs during their game versus the Chicago Bears. She sat in Kelce’s suite beside the athlete’s mother, Donna Kelce, and observed the activity taking place on the field. During the whole of the game, the two were seen sitting next to one another, laughing and conversing as they were in close proximity.
The winner of the Grammy wore a red-and-white Chiefs blazer, which she subsequently wrapped around her waist as she exited the stadium to demonstrate her support for the team. Swift may be seen in game footage beaming broadly, applauding loudly, and clapping heartily as she watched Kelce and his colleagues compete. The footage was shown on X by Fox Sports. She was so excited that at one point she even lifted both of her fists into the air.
When Kelce was a guest on The Pat McAfee Show podcast, he asked Swift to attend the game, and her attendance at the stadium comes only a few days after the invitation. According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, once Swift learned about the invitation, she didn’t allow the fact that she had a hectic schedule prevent her from accepting it.
According to the insider, Taylor’s attention is now divided between her job and spending time with her close pals. “When Travis asked her to come to the game, she eagerly accepted his invitation,”
“She just thought it was a fantastic way to spend Sunday,” the insider continued. “She just thought it was a fantastic way to spend Sunday.”
Kelce was asked on Thursday’s episode of the podcast by presenter Pat McAfee whether he wanted to “expand upon” the reports that he and Swift are dating, which are “being talked about by the whole entire world right now.” Kelce said that he did not want to elaborate on the claims.
Although he did not confirm that he and Swift had really met in person at the time, he did say that he “threw the ball in her court.” He did not confirm that they had met in person.
He said to McAfee, “I’ve seen you rock the stage at Arrowhead [Stadium],” as if he were speaking directly to the “Champagne Problems” singer. “You might want to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit,” he said. “I’m going to be playing a bunch of songs.”
“We’ll see what happens in the near future,” he added at the end of the sentence.
Swift’s decision to watch Kelce play turned out to be a smart one, as the latter ended up scoring an incredible touchdown as the game was being played.
Kelce made a reception in the back of the end zone with barely seven minutes left in the third quarter, increasing his team’s lead against the Bears to 41-0. Following the successful completion of his touchdown, Swift could be seen bouncing up and down in the suite.
The Chiefs came out on top with a final score of 41-10 in their victory.
