Let’s take a look at the charming young lady who, much like Thumbelina, will never grow larger than the size of a doll even if she lives her life normally.
In the photo, there is an adorably little child seated in a stroller. Nevertheless, rather than a youngster, this stroller is intended to accommodate a doll of a standard size.
This is because our young heroine, Abigail, has a very rare kind of dwarfism, which results in her having a more small frame than other people her age.
It is difficult to provide an accurate diagnosis of her condition; nonetheless, to put it simply, her body does not grow at all. Despite the advances that have been made in modern medicine, Abigail does not currently have a treatment option.

At the age of 2, she weighs just 4 kilograms, which gives the impression that she is a newborn baby. Despite just being older than she is by two years, her older sister seems to be quite a bit larger than she is.
Abigail is made to feel at ease by having little pieces of furniture, toys, and other household items specifically bought for her.
Even though Abigail’s growth is not anticipated to be particularly significant, her doctors are confident that she will have a full and happy life. She will ultimately figure out how to walk and speak, pursue an education, and perfect skills that are suitable for her ability level.
The parents of Abigail continue to harbor the hope that one day, advances in medical technology may provide a means to assist their “Thumbelina”-like daughter in overcoming the challenges she faces.
