This time around, Sylvester Stallone brought his family with him as he visited one of the most significant locations in his career.

The Rocky actor and his brother, Frank Stallone, were seen on Wednesday standing in front of the famed stairs where Sylvester Stallone’s character Rocky Balboa made his legendary jog during boxing training.

Jennifer Flavin, Sylvester’s wife, was also there for the photo session, which resulted in the creation of a photograph depicting the two locking lips.

Frank posted an Instagram carousel capturing the day by saying, “On our way back to Florida we stopped by the steps of the [Philadelphia] Art Museum Steps, which my brother put on the map with Rocky 47 years ago.” The carousel included images from the day.

In the picture shown on the cover, Frank, who was 73 at the time, was seen smiling with his older brother. In the second picture, Sylvester and the youngsters are seen holding up their fists as the older man playsfully punches the Rambo star in the jaw.

After that, Frank reminded his audience that the steps had previously served as the setting for “a [fourth] of July concert (that he did) in 1985 for over 100,000 people with The Beach Boys.”

He mentioned it as an interesting aside, adding that he used to reside just across the street from the stairs.

Flavin, who is 55 years old, decided to participate in the last few of shots and posed in a group image with the brothers. In the very final picture, she and her spouse are seen sharing a tender kiss.

“I love you so much, Frank! I like being able to explore new places with you, and we have never laughed so hard!”,” Flavin remarked in the comments section of the video.

At a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, in 1988, Sylvester and Flavin had their first encounter with one another. They had been seeing one other for a number of years before to their wedding in 1997. In spite of a short separation that came dangerously close to resulting in a divorce, the couple is still very much together.

In the episode that aired in May of Sylvester Stallone’s reality series The Family Stallone, the Expendables actor reflected on what it was like to see Flavin for the very first time.

He added, “I remember meeting Jennifer for the first time like it was yesterday,” and he was right. “I was in this dimly lit restaurant with a handful of other folks. She walked in, oh my goodness! There was an occurrence. I suddenly felt this jolt, like — ‘Oh, did we just experience a tiny earthquake or something?’ ”

“Things, as they say, happen when you least expect them,” he said, “after briefly taking a few lighthearted jabs about the vehicle Flavin arrived in that evening.” Nobody can predict what the future holds for them in life. And then, after those 35 years have passed, you look at your lovely family and you realize, “I’m the luckiest son of a b— in the world.”

Sylvester is the father of five children: boys Sage and Seargeoh from his first marriage to actress Sasha Czack, and daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet with Flavin. Sophia is 27 years old, while Sistine and Scarlet are 25 and 21 respectively. Sage passed away in July 2012 due to complications from heart illness.

In a different episode of The Family Stallone from the month of May, Sophia and Sistine were seen moving out of the family home for the semester. Flavin elaborated on her experiences with the condition of having an empty nest.

The woman who used to be a model confessed in front of the cameras, “My greatest joy in life is being a mom, and her being the last to move out, it’s really, really difficult for me and I’m having a really hard time.”

She went on to say this to her older children while they were in the room: “I just have to figure out who I am now because I don’t really know what I like to do because all I really like to do is be your mom.”

Sylvester and Flavin packed a lot of personal space into their vacation to Italy in July. They were seen on camera grinning while lounging about in a swimming pool.

The following month, the actor from Creed sent Flavin a heartwarming birthday picture in honor of her special day.

“To the most incredible woman in the world, Jennifer, happy birthday!!!” Sylvester provided the accompanying text for the picture that was posted on August 15 and showed Flavin beaming while hugging a cuddly companion.
