Selena Gomez has conflicting emotions over the upcoming documentary, “My Mind & Me,” which will air on Apple TV+ in 2022.

Tuesday was the first day of the Music & Health conference hosted by Universal Music Group and Thrive Global. The singer and actress, who is 31 years old, discussed the documentary openly during the conference.

Gomez said when speaking onstage with the chairman of Universal Music Group Sir Lucian Grainge and the co-founder of The Huffington Post Ariana Huffington that she was initially “very against” making the documentary, which was eventually published in November 2022.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gomez stated, “There was a very long period of time where I just didn’t know if it was a good idea.” Gomez attended the event wearing a sleek pink pantsuit with her black hair slicked back. She also spoke about her decision to become a mother. “I knew, eventually, one day I wanted to maybe just be an actress for a while, and I didn’t know if it would put things in my life in jeopardy,” she said. “I didn’t know if it would jeopardize things in my life.”

When the program aired, the Rare Beauty co-founder felt “like a huge weight was lifted,” despite the fact that she had first questioned whether or not it was a smart idea to invite strangers into her life.

“I felt like I got to say things that I’ve been keeping in for years,” Gomez remarked. “I got to say things that I’ve been keeping in for years.” “I’m having a really difficult time watching. Although I have no intention of ever seeing it again, I am rather pleased with how it turned out. I could not have been more fortunate to have such wonderful coworkers on this project with me.”

Gomez confided in Kelly Clarkson that she was nervous about the documentary’s debut in 2022, which was the year it was made available to the public. “I’m not sure whether I should be.
