The fact that Stanley Tucci is a sex icon is not something that Felicity Blunt cares about.
On Tuesday, the Hunger Games actor, 62, chatted with Hoda Kotb, 59, and Jenna Bush Hager, 41, about how his family reacts when “everyone is talking about how hot he is.” He specifically addressed how his wife and children feel about the topic.
In a discussion on Tucci’s new cookware line, TUCCI by GeenPan, which is sold exclusively at Williams Sonoma, Bush Hager brought up the actor’s famous cooking and bartending movies. TUCCI by GeenPan is available only at Williams Sonoma.
“One of the things food has brought you is notoriety,” adds the co-host of Today with Hoda & Jenna in reference to Tucci’s viral social media films that initially started blowing up in 2020 during the epidemic. “It’s kind of made you a heartthrob as well,” she said.

Kotb chimes in and says that the films that the actor from The Devil Wears Prada creates are “thirst traps!”
He says, “I’m sort of embarrassed with some of the things, especially since I adore your wife, that I’ve said about you,” and then he asks the celebrity if his children “make fun” of him. Bush Hager says, “I’m sort of embarrassed with some of the things, especially since I adore your wife.”
According to Tucci, the five children that he has—Matteo, age 8, Emilia, age 5, fraternal twins Nicolo and Isabel, age 23, and Camilla, age 21—have varying responses to the news. “The elder children don’t even bother to bat an eye. Because much of it became public during the epidemic, and many of the responses were along the lines of “you know…,”
“‘Stanley’s hot!'” Bush Hager remarks, completing Tucci’s statement with those words.
“And my children would say things like, ‘Oh gosh, Dad, that is so revolting. “You’re old and gross!'” Tucci exclaims before Kotb inquires about the response that Emily Blunt gave.
“Does [your wife] experience feelings of jealousy whenever people talk about how attractive you are?” inquiries for Kotb.
“No, but I really hope she does! I really hope that she does!” The resolute response comes from Tucci about his wife, who is Emily Blunt’s sister. “She doesn’t give a damn about anything. That would infuriate me to no end!

Because Blunt was the one who first shot the video of her husband preparing her a Negroni, she is the one who deserves the credit for her husband’s online stardom.
“I did that first negroni demo as an in-house thing for our agency—where my wife works as a literary agent, and where I am represented here in London,” he told PEOPLE in 2021. “Our agency is where I am represented here in London.” “And she said, ‘Would you do a little cocktail thing, just for the Curtis-Brown people?'” she added. It would be enjoyable, and it would lift people’s spirits. So that’s what I did. After that, she advised me to “Well, maybe put it on your Instagram.” I did what she said. And suddenly everything began to alter.”
He stated that the pair found some of the comments made on the films to be “filthy but funny,” and that they loved reading them. “We laughed so hard, reading them out loud,” he added. “We laughed so hard.”
