Even though Kroy has filed court documents demanding to sell their $3 million property, Zolciak is determined that she will not be leaving her home anytime soon.
The reality TV couple Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have decided to give their marriage another go. Once more.
The star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta who is no longer active got to Instagram on Friday and posted a video to her Story showing a closet stuffed with shoes. But the most important thing I got out of it was the writing that was superimposed over the video.
“I’m living here, and I’m not going anywhere!” Zolciak was the author. “We’ve been doing our best to make our marriage work, and we’ve been cohabitating as husband and wife. The constant deception is getting to be too much.
It is unclear what Zolciak is referring to when she says “the lies daily are too much,” but the 45-year-old former reality TV star shared her sentiments exactly one week after ET reported that Kroy filed court documents requesting an emergency hearing to get permission to put the couple’s Alpharetta, Georgia home on the market.

In those legal filings, Kroy said that he intended to sell the home for $3 million so that the profits from the sale may assist in reducing some of the “significant debt” that he and Kim had accumulated throughout the course of their marriage.
According to the paperwork, they were going to have foreclosure procedures started against them in February 2023, and their marital house was going to be auctioned off on March 7. Despite this, the parties were successful in preventing the foreclosure, and the home was removed off the auction block. to that time, an arrangement was struck with Truist Bank that put Kroy and Kim on “foreclosure probation;” this meant that they were required to make their mortgage payments every month for three months, and the unpaid amount would be pushed to the back of the loan in order to prevent them from going through foreclosure once again.
However, Kroy went on to allege in court records that they are once again at risk of losing their home to foreclosure since they were unable to make the mortgage payment for the month of July.
After 11 years of marriage, Kim and Kroy each filed for divorce in May, and in their respective petitions, they leveled a number of accusations against one another. During the course of the divorce procedures, a dispute over child support and spousal maintenance as well as custody of the children was brought up. The couple, who had previously been on reality television, announced at the beginning of July that they were withdrawing their divorce petitions and would give their marriage another chance.
After getting back together with his wife for a month, Kroy suddenly had a change of heart and filed for divorce again.
