Cardi B is getting ready for her son Wave Set’s second birthday celebration!
The “Up” rapper, who is 30 years old, posted a cute video to her Instagram Story in which she asks the 23-month-old child, whose birthday is on September 4th, how old he will be this year.
In the brief video, Wave could be seen making goofy faces at the camera and sticking out his tongue when he was resting his head on his mother’s bosom while sitting on a sofa. After that, Cardi inquired of him, “How old are you gonna be, Wave?”
The little youngster answered with a gleeful grin and the exclamation “Two!” while also holding up one finger on his left hand. His mother repeated with a giggle after him, “Two!”
A few days from now, Cardi will be celebrating her toddler daughter Kulture Kiari’s birthday, and you can bet that she will go all out for the occasion. She celebrated Wave’s first birthday the year before with a party that had a racing car theme, replete with a spectacular entry from the birthday boy riding on a bedazzled ride-on truck.
The musical couple celebrated their daughter Kulture’s fifth birthday with a party centered on the video game character Super Mario. The birthday girl wore a pink princess outfit as she made her way inside the venue for the festivities.
She even got a five-tier Super Mario cake and was met by Princess Peach, Mario, and Luigi at her party. In addition, there was a ball pit, slides, a bouncy house, a pottery painting station, a bag decoration station, and a number of other activities during the party.
Cardi B is not new to the practice of lavishing her children with the finest material possessions that money can buy. In June, she gushed over a $20,000 playground set that she had purchased for her children on social media, adding, “I really go nuts for my kids…Totally obsessed!!! I totally adore it.
In an interview with The New York Times, she said that while the playground wasn’t her “biggest purchase ever,” it was vital for her to obtain it since “this is what I work hard for, for my kids.”
“Spending an excessive amount of money on your children does not indicate that you are an excellent parent, but it does make you feel good. “It’s like you’re living out a fantasy from your childhood,” was what she had to say about it.
Despite the lavish presents, Cardi has said in the past that she is working hard to instill a sense of modesty in her children, despite the fact that their parents come from privileged backgrounds.
“They have to understand that they should never get used to it. “Don’t ever feel like, ‘I’m going to get it because I’m Cardi and Offset’s kid,'” she told Vogue Singapore. “Don’t ever feel like I’m going to get it because I’m Cardi and Offset’s kid.” “They are never going to know what it is like to struggle, so it’s possible that they will not hunger in the same way that I did to get off the streets.”

Cardi B has shared an adorable video of her son Wave announcing that he is going to be two days before his birthday.
