A new person is the proud owner of Harry’s House!
The former house of singer Harry Styles has been sold for a price of $6.7 million, only a few short weeks after the singer performed the last gig of his record-breaking two-year tour in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
According to the New York Post, the singer made the first purchase of the gated 4,401-square-foot house in 2016. The home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. According to the property records, the Grammy winner sold the house in July 2019 for barely $6 million before it went back on the market in October for $7.955 million.
On Thursday, the house’s listing agent, Emma Hernan of the Oppenheim Group and Netflix’s Selling Sunset, confirmed the transaction to PEOPLE and said in a statement that she is thrilled that the “rare gem” has been purchased by a new family. Hernan also expressed her excitement over the fact that the home had been sold.

According to the announcement, “This extraordinary, one-of-a-kind home that sits just above the Sunset Strip is moving on to its exciting next chapter.” “I couldn’t be more excited to finalize the purchase of this one-of-a-kind property in the world-famous Hollywood Hills because it is a true rarity!”
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Hernan described the residence as having “a flowing, functional floor plan that embraces easy California living with great outdoor space.” In addition to that, she said that its position on “one of the most coveted pockets in L.A.,” which is “nestled between the Bird Streets to the West and Sunset Plaza to the East,” makes it a unique discovery.

The description for the two-story property states that it also has an excellent view of the downtown skyline of Los Angeles, which can be appreciated from several sitting spaces in the home’s rear, which are encircled by a dazzling pool and a hot tub. The seating areas are located in the vicinity of the home’s swimming pool.
It has a home cinema, a fitness center, and a private patio for entertaining guests, in addition to the mature vegetation that makes it the ideal setting for a quiet retreat.
Because the residence has high ceilings and walls of glass, which are surrounded by hardwood flooring throughout the house and a fireplace, it is also possible to appreciate the views while staying inside the house.

Its gourmet kitchen has elegant white cabinets, gray stone worktops, a sizable center island, and high-end stainless steel equipment. Although each of the guest bedrooms has its own private bathroom, the lavish master suite has both a walk-in shower and a big tub with an edge that looks out over the ocean.
