It has been rumored that Beyoncé and Jay-Z have purchased an architectural masterpiece in Malibu. The home was apparently created by none other than the Japanese genius Tadao Ando. Ando is the same architect who is now building Kanye West’s beachside hideaway.
The substantial acquisition catapulted the house into the history books as the second most expensive home ever sold in the United States, coming in only behind Ken Griffin’s $238 million New York City investment in 2019, which set the record for the most expensive home ever sold in the United States.

The residence, which is said to be perched on top of the cliffs in Malibu, will supposedly function for the time being as a weekend hideaway. In the meanwhile, the family continues to make its $88 million estate in Bel-Air their primary residence because of its convenient location in relation to the schools and friends of their children, Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir.
On the other hand, according to some reports, Jay-Z has the intention of permanently moving his family to the Malibu mansion. However, the intentions to perhaps sell the house in Bel-Air have not yet been verified.
After having been advertised for a cool $295 million, the home seems to be far less expensive. The sale was overseen by mega-celebrity broker Kurt Rappaport, who served as a representative for both parties involved in the transaction.

The pair was photographed out on a date in London not long after the news of their expensive purchase became public. The event marked the beginning of the “Renaissance World Tour” part of Beyoncé’s tour, which was being held throughout Europe.
The artist behind for “Lemonade” gave up an entrancing appearance in a glittering black off-the-shoulder minidress.
The jaw-dropping creation by Balmain had an assortment of spherical rhinestones placed on thermoformed black velvet fabric. It also included built-in gloves and a long ribbon that trailed all the way to the floor.
Beyoncé finished off her ensemble by selecting a sparkly purse that matched her shoes and sky-high platform heels.
Before they went out for a romantic evening together, the singer known for “Single Ladies” stunned her fans by releasing a new version of her song “America Has A Problem,” which was a duet with Kendrick Lamar.
