The daughter of Bindi Irwin is following in her mother’s footsteps.
On Friday, you’ve got to be kidding me! The star of “It’s the Irwins,” who is now 25 years old, recently shared a beautiful Instagram Reel that showed her visiting a staff meeting at the Australia Zoo in Queensland, Australia, together with her daughter Grace, who is 2 years old. Grace offered the employees some encouraging words regarding koalas at the meeting.
Grace was shown at the beginning of the video sitting in her car seat with her toy elephant and asking her mother if they could “do a staff meeting.”
Irwin said, “Sure, you and I can go to the staff meeting,” just as the reel turned to a clip of her addressing the camera while dressed in her uniform from the Australia Zoo. “We are very excited because today Grace requested to come to our staff meeting,” she added, adding, “We are very excited because today Grace requested to come to our meeting.” “So it looks like she’ll be here in the crocoseum with us to say a few words.”

Irwin then proceeded to make light of the significant contribution that her daughter made to the zoo.
She stated this as the video showed her bringing Grace into the venue and waving at the camera from the stands. “To be honest, it’s Grace who runs the zoo and makes all the big decisions,” she remarked as the video showed her carrying Grace into the stadium. “This is the cutest,” Irwin said afterward.
The scene then turned to Irwin addressing a gathering of zoo employees as she was carrying her kid in her arms. This occurred after the previous scene ended. “Hey there, everyone, is there anyone here who wants to say hello?” Irwin questioned Grace, and she responded into the microphone with a cute “Hiiiiiii.” Her kind welcome elicited a number of “awwws” from the audience members.
She questioned her daughter by asking, “Did you want to say, ‘Thank you for your hard work?'” Her daughter then repeated the phrases after the question. “Even though these school holidays were filled with nonstop activity, you guys managed everything in such an uncomplicated manner. Irwin began his talk to the team as Grace intervened and said, “And koalas.” Irwin thanked the crew for their help.
“You’re right, koala. Irwin continued by saying, with a chuckle, that koalas are also wonderful animals. “And I believe that sums up everything. Grace has, to a large extent, already handled this topic. Therefore, we wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful time.
The naturalist and staff member at Australia Zoo also provided some further information on the mother-daughter journey in the caption of the post.
She said in an email that “Grace requested to come to our #AustraliaZoo staff meeting with us and gave a fabulous update on koalas.”
Since the encounter, Irwin said, “She’s also been saying ‘thank you for your hard word’ to everyone, and it makes us laugh every time.” “It’s such a privilege to be able to go through life with Grace, and I can’t believe how lucky I am to be her mother.”
It would seem that Grace’s visit to the zoo had an effect on the employees there. “Grace, I am grateful for the leadership you have provided!” In the comments portion of the post, Australia Zoo made the following remark.
After Irwin celebrated her 25th birthday earlier this month, they had this sweet time together as a mother and daughter. She celebrated the occasion by posting pictures on social media with her daughter, her husband Chandler Powell, her mother Terri Irwin, and her brother Robert Irwin, who is 19 years old.
She started out her caption with the numbers “twenty-five.” “Today is my birthday, but more importantly, it’s another day to love this wonderful family that I’ve been blessed with,” she said.
She laughed as she said, “If you need me, I’ll probably be reading ‘little yellow bee’ over and over again.” “I’d like to express my gratitude for the kind birthday wishes.”
