After giving birth to her kid, Jessie J is learning to love the new physique she has.
In an open and honest statement that was published on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, the singer and mother of a boy who is three months old named Sky Safir Cornish Colman reacted to individuals who had commented on her post-baby body.
Jessie elaborated on this topic in her piece by stating, “A couple of people have said to me, ‘I bet you can’t wait to get your body back.'” My response is always the same: “I don’t want to go back.” That corpse has been removed. I want my physical self to go forward. I’m putting more of my body in front of me.'”
“That’s what we’re going for, women. She continued by saying, “Embrace that bowddddy!”
This encouraging statement by Jessie comes only a few days after she documented and uploaded to Instagram photographs and videos of her “first night out out in FOREVER” after becoming a mother.
In one of the videos that was uploaded, the artist known as “Price Tag” can be seen crouching down while dancing to Rihanna’s 2015 smash song “B**** Better Have My Money” while wearing thigh-high patent leather boots.
“I danced all night long while holding my pump bag like a purse and drinking water the whole time…”BUT I can still p—-squat in thigh highs,” Jessie wrote confidently in the caption of the photo, adding, “*Calls agent* “I’m ready”.” The screaming that can be heard on slide 6. It’s the vodka talking if you ask me. On the dance floor, I was sipping water while simultaneously clutching my pump bag.
She went on to say, “A much-needed (first) night out out in FOREVER with my favorite people.” Thank you for the invite, @itsnadiajae, and for playing all the oldies,.
When Jessie celebrated 10 weeks after the birth of her son, she honored the occasion by posting adorable images of her new son to her Instagram Story. The proud new mother captioned an above photograph of her sleeping infant with the words, “10 weeks old today and thriving.”
“I am so sorry, @chanancolman, but I have never felt love like this before.” Jessie made a joke about her partner Chanan Colman, whom she shares Sky with. Sky is her child.
The singer also shared another cute picture of her son with Colman, this time showing the infant boy dozing off with his pacifier pressed up to his face as he was held by Colman.
