Slovak national Stefan Zoleik, who had been suffering from a massive tumor under his face for the last ten years, just had surgery lasting five hours and weighing thirteen pounds to get it removed. He is now healing from the ordeal.
The mass was growing from ear to ear like a gigantic beard made out of skin, but Stefan was unable to seek surgery for it because of health difficulties. However, he is now looking forward to finally having a regular life.
The retired plumber added, after having his bandages removed for the first time, “I’m really looking forward to getting back to normal.”

since of the size of the lump, Stefan was forced to remain indoors since whenever he went somewhere, people would turn and stare at him. This was something that Stefan couldn’t do himself because it was difficult for him to properly move his head.
The father of two went on to say, “Eventually, my face started to swell.” I was confined to my house for a number of years.
“Everyone was gazing at me and turning their heads. It was an extremely disagreeable experience. Additionally, if I moved my head, it caused me a great deal of discomfort.
In spite of his happiness at having the growth removed, there is still a chance that it may reappear.
The surgeon who removed the tumor, Igor Homola, issued the following warning: “The tumour cannot be removed completely and may even return.”
