She spoke highly of her mother’s work ethic, saying that her mother “would sign autographs for 8 hours at conventions.” Kyle went on to say that despite the fact that “things have slowed down a bit,” she is still very much about television.
“She is exactly who it seems she is,” the speaker said. Kindness comes first in all she does. Today is her 88th birthday. “I am so impressed by all of her jobs,” Kyle wrote. “I am so impressed by her.”

In an interview with AARP in 2013, Meriwether discussed her apparently boundless reserves of vitality. She said, “Oh no, it’s fun,” when she was asked whether she had any wish to slow down the pace of things. I totally adore it. She went on to say, in answer to a further inquiry on how she maintains her vivacity and vitality despite the passage of time:
It’s in the DNA. At the age of 96, my mother still looked beautiful.”
She went on to say that it was beneficial to have a positive impression of other people. Keep it in a laugh line because the laugh line is going to be there regardless of whether or not you like it, so keep it in a laugh line.
She also said at one point in time that her go-to beauty product is “anything Estée Lauder makes.”
She went on to say, “I’ve been wearing them for years.” When I was pregnant was the first time in my life that I was finally able to purchase Estée Lauder. I was putting money aside for it, and at the same time, I told myself, “I’m going to take care of my skin while I’m pregnant.” [Case in When I was pregnant, someone advised me that it was a good time to start getting into the habit of taking care of my skin. In addition to that, she said that she enjoys going to the gym and that she does so “regularly about three times a week.”
