The Prinze family is having the time of their lives in Italy.
Sarah Michelle Gellar went to Instagram on Tuesday to post some photographs from her family’s vacation in the Italian city of Florence, where she is enjoying a bit of a. break with her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., and their two children, Charlotte, who is 13 years old, and Rocky, who is 10 years old. Charlotte is an actress and Sarah Michelle Gellar is Freddie Prinze Jr.’s wife.
The former star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer uploaded a photo to her Instagram page that included a sweet selfie of her and her husband with the magnificent cityscape of Florence in the backdrop. She captioned the photo with the phrase, “siamo arrivati (let the Prinze family Italian adventure begin) #florence.”
She gave her followers a more in-depth peek at the beginning of their journey via her Instagram Stories, including a glimpse of the couple’s two children.
Gellar did upload a few family images, but she hid her daughters’ faces with a love emoji so that she wouldn’t give her fans a complete look. Her daughters are 10 and 13 years old.
In one photo, Prinze Jr. and Rocky are seen soaking in the views, while in another, the pair is shown with their daughter Charlotte. Gellar also uploaded a couple photos of herself with her co-star from the Scooby-Doo cartoon series, as well as a family shot of the four of them having a good time in Florence while going out to eat and having a good time together.
The couple has done a good job of preventing their children from using social media and participating in public activities. In September of 2017, Charlotte did attend her mother to a screening of her film Do Revenge, which was being held in Los Angeles. Additionally, she supported her friend Selma Blair during her most recent run on Dancing With the Stars.
“I believe that my daughter is the one who is the most thrilled about this. When asked about Charlotte’s support for Blair, Gellar said in the past that Charlotte “almost gave up her 13th birthday to be able to be there for her first performance.” “Therefore, I admonished her, saying, ‘No, you don’t give up, that’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing.'” You are now 13 years old today. Happy birthday! We’ll go when it gets later.'”
Regarding the possibility of their daughter following in the renowned footsteps of her parents, Gellar was quoted as saying, “I really need her to do a job where she can take care of me for the rest of my life, and this is such an unbalanced industry.” She made light of the situation by saying things like, “You know, I’d like something a little more secure, but I don’t have a say in that,” at the time.
In the meanwhile, Gellar and Prinze Jr. have been happily married for more than 20 years. The year was 1997, and the duo first crossed paths on the set of the successful horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer. However, the performers did not begin a serious relationship with one another until three years later, in the year 2000. A year later, in 2001, they announced their engagement, and the following year, in 2002, they were married.
