The residence of Tina Knowles, which is located in the Los Angeles area, was broken into earlier this week. The house of the fashion designer, who is also the mother of Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, was broken into, although no one was there at the time since no one was at home.
On Sunday, authorities from the LAPD acknowledged to ET that “officers responded to burglary investigation and did take a burglary report for an incident [that happened on] July 5th.”
In addition, the Los Angeles Police Department has validated that no one was present at the house when the crime took place and noted that their investigation is still underway.
According to TMZ, a person working for Knowles was the one who discovered the theft on Wednesday morning. This person realized that her whole safe had been gone from the property.

Additionally, the publication claims that the safe included over one million dollars in cash in addition to jewels that belonged to Knowles.
No more information has been made public about how the perpetrators gained access to the property or how they were able to get away with the loot from the safe.
According to TMZ, law enforcement is conducting interviews with nearby residents and searching for video footage from the surrounding area. However, at this time there is no information that can be provided about any potential suspects or their descriptions.
