After having a “difficult” time filming his Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room, the British actor, who is now 27 years old, said in an interview with Extra that he would be taking a vacation from acting for the duration of a full calendar year.

“It was a tough time, for sure,” Holland stated at the time. “We were investigating a range of feelings that I can truthfully say I’ve never encountered before,” you said. “I’m not used to toiling away at anything. My whole life, I’ve been guided by the principle that excellent work comes from hard labor. And I must say that I had a great time doing it,” he stated. “But when I think about it, the program is what really broke me. There came a point in time when I realized that I needed some time away from my responsibilities.

“I am excited to see how it turns out, and I feel like our hard work wasn’t in vain,” Holland said. “I feel like our hard work wasn’t in vain.”

During the course of a series of interrogations conducted by Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), Danny’s peculiar background is brought to light, and it is revealed that an unknown person once helped save his life.

The Crowded Room also stars Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lane, Will Chase, and Lior Raz in addition to Holland and Seyfried, who are all 37 years old. Also appearing in the show are guest performers Jason Isaacs, Christopher Abbott, Zachary Golinger, and Thomas Sadoski, who is really Amanda Seyfried’s spouse in real life.
